Piping System [Oil & Gas]

Our piping services extend to the oil & gas industry where Heatec provides variety of piping services such as fabrication and installation of all types of piping including cryogenic, high pressure super duplex, high pressure duplex, 316 stainless steel and carbon steel pipes. With over 200nos qualified welders under our employment, Heatec is able to fabricate piping in the shortest possible time, yet meeting the stringent quality requirements of any certification parties.

 

Weldments undergo non-destructive tests such as radiographic test, magnetic penetrant test etc to ensure our welding joints are free from detects and further hydro-testing, up to 1,600bars, is carried out to ensure our products are leak-free prior to delivery. With our extensive experience in pipe services, our customers can be assured of our quality products and timely delivery which ultimately allow them to operate their plants and factories efficiently.
